We use your information to run compliance scans, deliver results, authenticate you, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Service: Clerk for authentication, Neon for data storage, and Google Gemini for AI-assisted compliance checks.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and scan data for as long as your account is active, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for security reasons. If you want scan data or your account removed, contact us and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and scope access to your data behind authentication rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time frame.
