By creating an account or using SoloSuite ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, submit content you do not have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Compliance Guidance Is Not Legal Advice

SoloSuite provides automated compliance checks and suggestions. Results are informational only, not legal advice, and do not guarantee regulatory approval. You remain responsible for your own legal and compliance decisions.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The current product is offered as a free beta unless we state otherwise at signup or checkout. If we introduce paid plans later, we will present the applicable pricing, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and refund policy before you are charged.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
